Booking your Selwyn Snow Experience is easy as 1, 2, 3!

Bookings must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival. Priority is given to early bookings so it is advisable to book as early as possible to secure your preferred dates and lesson times.

Below outlines the easy step by step process required to secure your booking.

Step One

Fill out our easy Online Booking Form.  If you'd prefer, you can phone our Groups Coordinator at the Selwyn Accommodation Centre on 02 6450 4000 to make your booking.

Step Two

Selwyn Snow Resort will send out the Group Booking Info Pack including;

• Confirmation Letter
• Winter Planner
• Booking Terms & Conditions
• Risk Assessment
• Group Organiser Information
• Meal Booking Form
• Group Summary Form
• Unaccompanied Minor Hire Form
• Student ID Cards

Step Three

Full Payment of Group Bookings must be paid 7 days prior to arrival.
