The Information Centre

Located to the left on the main entrance, the Information Centre is your knowledge base for everything Selwyn! The Information Centre can handle all your lift and lesson puchases, season passes purchases or pick ups, as well as organise lockers and fulfil any pre-booked orders. It is also the home of our Lost and Found Department.

If you have any questions about anything or would like to give us feedback, then the friendly staff at the Information Centre are who you need to speak to.

Igloo Shop

This is our on-mountain snow accessory and souvenir store. You can purchase anything from sunscreen to teddy bears, batteries to ski jackets, the Igloo Shop has everything you could think of just in case you didn't! 

Located inside the Selwyn Centre, adjacent to the Information Centre.

Snowgums Cafe

Snowgums Cafe is our main food and beverage outlet on the resort. Choose from a variety of lunch time classics including burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, pies, and a variety of daily fresh hot meals and soups. There are also plenty of hot and cold snacks, drinks and ice creams to satisfy those cravings.

The Snowgums Cafe is located on the ground floor of the Selwyn Centre to the right of the main entrance.

The Swingin' T-bar on Mez

Want a cosy place to snuggle into a couch with a steamy hot cup of coffee, or to endulge in a rich, decadent piece of chocolate mud cake? If so, then The Swingin' T-bar on Mez is the place for you! Our luxurious coffee shop and bar has lots of delectable treats as well as fabulous Grinders coffee, Wild Brumby Schnapps, traditional Austrain Gluhwein, liqueur coffees, indulgent hot chocolates and more...

Located upstairs on the Mezzanine floor above Snowgums Cafe, The Swingin' T-bar on Mez has sweeping views across the resort and beyond. There simply isn't a better place to sit back and relax!

Other Facilities

Other facilities inside the Selwyn Centre include:

• Ticket windows are located outside, adjacent to the main entrance. Lift ticket and lesson products can be purchased here.
• Snow World - Our Selwyn Kids program makes use of this facility. 
• ATM.
• A private mother's room complete with microwave, cot, change table, and feeding couch. Located next to the ATM
• Coke and Nestle vending machines. 
• Toilets. Located in front of the Information Centre and next to the Igloo Shop.
• Coach Driver's retreat. Upper level at the end of the corridor.
• Lockers. Keys can be hired at the Information Centre or the Ski Hire Centre.
• Ski Patrol Room. External access door located on the carpark side of the Selwyn Centre past the Snow World Entrance.
• Picnic tables. Located outside at the front of the Selwyn Centre.
